1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions will govern all contracts between you as a consumer and

2. Offer & Acceptance
When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an order confirmation via e-mail to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.
| 3. Returns Policies
You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of 2 weeks beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. It is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with products purchased which are not faulty, we will refund your money, (excluding the delivery charge), or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the „Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“. Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us about returning the products. Any product returned must be within its original packaging and adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways:
by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract. Unless agreed otherwise, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of contracts.

4. Prices and Delivery Costs
4.1. All prices are in EURO and include the VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.
5. Delivery
5.1. We will ship all goods with UPS.
5.2. Delivery time within European Union approximately 3-4 working days.
5.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence. You are responsible to ensure alcohol deliveries are permissible in your country. We cannot be held responsible should customs clearance refuse entry of your delivery. You may be liable to pay local state taxes and/or duties upon arrival in your country. Any additional charges are the buyers responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local Customs Department if you require further information.
6. Payment Methods
6.1. Payment can be made in advance by international bank to bank transfer, via Master and Visa Card or through Paypal at www.paypal.com to the account stberg@drinkology.de.
7. Taxes & Duties
All products sold at www.drinkology.de are subject to german taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
8. Retention of Title
The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Drinkology GmbH until all goods are paid in full by the customer.

10. Storage and Accessibility of the contract
The contract´s content will be stored. You may store the general terms and conditions and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order data are not available via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect some personal information in order to process and deliver any orders you make with us online, and also as part of the registration process for our mailing list form, so that we can contact you from time to time to let you know of offers that we`re running. When you order from us, we require your name, email address and delivery address. This allows us to fulfil your order and to keep you updated about its status. We will also ask you for your telephone number, so we can contact you if there is an urgent problem with your order. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. |
