This bitters, which tastes very aromatically with notes of citrus fruits and clove is based on a recipe given by »Professor« Jerry Thomas (1830-1885), who’s considered to be the most important bartender of the 19th century. During his career he worked in well known places such as the Metropolitan Hotel in New York and the Planter’s House in St. Louis.
